Our udon noodle restaurant is directly managed by an old soy sauce warehouse, founded in the first year of Kansei-era (1789). Enjoy our homemade noodles immersed in a delicious broth made from our very special soy sauce. We also offer desserts such as soy sauce swiss roll.
